On September 12, PANDO invites you to enjoy live jazz by Roonil’s Lounge alongside dinner at PANDO Autumn Jazz Night.

Roonil’s Lounge: A Trio in Conversation

Roonil’s Lounge is a jazz trio featuring vocalist Lunil, pianist Ryu Su-wan, and bassist Lee Song-i. Rooted in traditional jazz, the group brings each melody and rhythm to life through its own shared musical language.

Rather than chasing every passing trend, the trio chooses to explore jazz standards with care and depth. On stage, that makes each musician’s spontaneous choices—and the moments when they listen closely to one another—all the more vivid.

Straight-ahead jazz is a style grounded in the traditional language of jazz. Swing rhythm, jazz standards, and the improvisation musicians exchange in the moment are all essential to it.
Put simply, it is not about playing a familiar jazz song in exactly the same way every time. The music is shaped anew by the mood of the evening and the connection between the performers. That is why the same piece can feel different each time you hear it.

Autumn Jazz Night at PANDO on September 12

PANDO Autumn Jazz Night was created following PANDO’s jazz live-performance open call. The evening will feature two sets:
First Half: 6:30 PM–7:10 PM
Second Half: 8:00 PM–8:40 PM

The Jazz Night Special Set is KRW 150,000 for two guests, including the performance. Reservations are available for parties of two or more, and an additional guest may be added for KRW 75,000. It is an ideal way to enjoy a relaxed autumn evening with dinner and live music.
