EverTreasure Selected for South Korea’s TIPS Program, Secures Government Funding to Advance Art Investment Technology

EverTreasure, the company behind the global art investment fintech platform YEATU, has been officially selected for South Korea’s TIPS (Tech Incubator Program for Startups), a government-backed initiative led by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.

TIPS is Korea’s flagship startup support program, designed to identify and nurture promising tech-driven startups through a combination of private investment and government funding. Through this selection, EverTreasure will receive up to KRW 700 million (approx. USD 500,000) in government support over the next two years—comprising KRW 500 million for R&D, KRW 100 million for commercialization, and KRW 100 million for global marketing.

Founded with the question, “Why are artists always poor?”, EverTreasure aims to bridge the gap between finance and the arts. Recognizing that many artists lack access to financial tools needed for sustainable creative work, the company is redefining art—including visual arts, film, and performance—as a new class of alternative investment. YEATU, their flagship platform, enables the general public and global investors to participate directly in art-based financial opportunities.

“This selection for TIPS is a strong validation of EverTreasure’s technological capabilities and global potential,” said EverTreasure CEO Youngrin Cho. “We will further advance our AI and blockchain-based art valuation models and accelerate the development of a global cultural finance ecosystem that connects artists and investors through trust and transparency.”

EverTreasure also emphasizes coexistence with the traditional art ecosystem. “We are not here to replace galleries or agencies,” CEO Cho added, “but to empower them—providing technology-driven financial tools and access to global liquidity.”

Looking ahead, the company is working towards building EverBank, a platform that will offer loans, guarantees, and investment opportunities based on artists’ projected future income. “We envision a future where artists are not just recipients of financial support, but key players in the financial world,” Cho emphasized.

EverTreasure was also recently selected for the [2025 Arts Startup Support Program] by the Arts Management Support Center, and is currently undergoing incubation and mentoring under the startup accelerator Y&ARCHER.
